Pooja was born on the 13th of October 1990 in Mumbai Maharashtra, India. The actress is an Indian Film Actress & Model who has starred on screen in Tamil Telugu & Hindi. Life in the family She was born in an Hindu family to Manjunath and Latha Hegde. She is the sibling of Rishabh Hegde. Pooja Hegde's parents are from Udupi. Not only does she speak Hindi well, but she is proficient in Tamil, Telugu Kannada and English. Pooja has decided to work as a model/actress because she has always been fascinated with modelling and style since when she was a child. To compete in modeling assignments, Pooja began modeling while doing her studies. In 2010, she won the second runner up at the Miss Universe India competition. She began her journey into filmmaking after that. Mughmodo was her first film. For a chance to make it in the cinema she contacted several South film producers as well. Mughmodo was her debut film of her career. Oka Laila Kosam which was a film she was requested to play in, was her next offer. Following that, she was offered several roles and participated in many south Indian film productions. Her acting debut came in Bollywood in the film Mohanjo Dara directed by Ashutosh Govarikar in 2016 alongside Hrithik Roshan. The actress returned home to her homeland in south after the movie became a blockbuster at the box-office. Saakshyam aravinda Samethaveera Raghava was her first Telugu film release after she started in Bollywood. She was in Bollywood film Housefull 4 and her films have been all a success.
